I have been struggling with shoulder, neck and back pain since I was in high school. My shoulders and hips are not aligned, posture has been horrendous, and range of motion was so constricted.

I’ve tried countless massages, acupuncture, other physical therapy exercises, medication, etc. nothing alleviated my pain and numbness for any length of time.

I am utterly impressed with the training, knowledge, skills and practice Stella has. Between the muscle work, stretches, and exercises both there and for home- I am finally gaining relief!! I can feel the difference!

She is warm, caring and very good at what she does. She is helping me with my sleep; sitting, standing and walking positioning- I am so much more aware of what I’ve been doing wrong for years!

She works on muscles no one else even mentioned are important, and can answer all the questions I have. She’s been super supportive since our first visit. It’s been a few months that we’ve been working together and I wouldn’t give this up for anything! I am very grateful for how she is helping me.
