About Your Presenters

Diplomate, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine Fellow, Academy of General Dentistry
Dr. Michelle Weddle is a dentist and educator whose clinical focus centers on TMJ disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, airway health, craniofacial development, and complex bite-related dysfunction.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus only on the teeth or a nightguard, Dr. Weddle’s work emphasizes the relationship between the jaw joints, muscles, airway, breathing, sleep quality, posture, and overall health.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and lectures nationally and internationally to dentists and healthcare providers on TMJ disorders, airway health, sleep, and craniofacial development. She also serves as a visiting faculty for physician sleep medicine education programs and interdisciplinary healthcare training.
Dr. Weddle is known for her collaborative, investigative approach to patients who often feel frustrated after years of searching for answers. Her philosophy centers on identifying the underlying drivers of dysfunction whenever possible — rather than simply masking symptoms.
She works closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to help patients better understand the complex factors contributing to chronic jaw pain, headaches, facial tension, clenching, sleep disruption, and related symptoms.
